About Plans

Custom Plans

All of our plans will include a wide variety of exercises and routines that include but are not necessarily limited to:

HIIT, kickboxing, cardio and strength circuits, barre, pilates, strength training, and Mindful Movement (stretching and Biblical meditation).

Every plan
except the Standard will require a consultation to determine what workouts are best for you. Every plan including the Standard will require that you sign and fill out a waiver before beginning your chosen plan. This is to ensure your safety and well-being as a client, and to ensure that you have a workout plan that fits your needs.
